Through the principles of positive psychology, I help clients break free from self-imposed limitations and achieve extraordinary goals. Beyond coaching, I lead leadership workshops, speak on panels, and contribute to platforms, including The Price of Business online radio show, where I am a recurring guest. I also write a bi-monthly column for the Daily Mail and host the podcast Unshackled Leadership: A Lantern for Black Women.

My clients include leaders from global tech companies, government agencies, higher education institutions, investment firms, and influential women in India, Papua New Guinea, and England.

My expertise spans high-stakes communication and leadership coaching. I’ve coached Congressional and City Council testimonies, guided 14 TEDx Talks, including my own, and even delivered testimony before Congress myself. Additionally, I’ve co-authored and coached Ivy League commencement speeches. As a trailblazer, I became the first Black woman to serve as Technical Director for CBS Evening News and Face the Nation, and I’ve held senior producer roles at NPR, PBS, and C-SPAN.

For over a decade, I’ve shaped communication strategies for legendary figures like Harry Belafonte and Danny Glover, as well as transformative organizations such as the Institute for Policy Studies, Truly Living Well Center for Urban Agriculture, and TransAfrica.
