Using positive psychology and a focus on overcoming self-doubt, I help my clients tap into their true potential and achieve their goals. I specialize in guiding individuals ‘from their zone of excellence to their zone of genius’™, eliminating self-imposed limitations. My client list includes leaders from international tech companies, Associations, local and federal government agencies, higher education, investment companies, and women leaders in India, Papa New Guinea, and England.
I crafted and coached Congressional and City Council testimonies and 14 TEDx Talks and delivered testimony before Congress. I have also co-authored and coached Ivy League commencement speeches, I am proud to say I was the first Black woman to serve as Technical Director for CBS Evening News and Face the Nation, and held senior producer roles at NPR, PBS, and C-SPAN. I conduct a public speaking course for Congressman Jamie Raskin.
For more than a decade, I had the honor of developing communications strategies for notable figures like Harry Belafonte and Danny Glover, as well as organizations such as the Institute for Policy Studies. Truly Living Well Center for Urban Agriculture and TransAfrica.
In addition, I coach leadership workshops, speak on panels, and contribute to a nationally recognized online radio show, The Price of Business, serve as a columnist for the Daily Mail, and host the podcast Unshackled Leadership: A Lantern for Black Women.
