JJoia Jefferson Nuri, PCC is a highly skilled ICF-certified Executive Leadership and Public Speaking Coach. Using positive psychology and a focus on overcoming self-doubt, she helps her clients tap into their true potential and achieve their goals. She specializes in guiding individuals ‘from their zone of excellence to their zone of genius’™, eliminating self-imposed limitations. Her impressive client list includes leaders from international tech companies, associations, local and federal government agencies, higher education, investment companies, and women leaders in India, Papa New Guinea and England.
Joia has crafted and coached compelling Congressional and City Council testimonies, 14 TEDx Talks and delivered testimony before Congress. She has also authored and coached Ivy League commencement speeches, She was the first Black woman to serve as Technical Director for CBS Evening News and Face the Nation, she also held senior producer roles at NPR, PBS, and C-SPAN.
For more than a decade, she developed strategies for notable figures like Harry Belafonte and Danny Glover, as well as organizations such as the Institute for Policy Studies and TransAfrica.
She coaches and leads leadership workshops, speaks on panels, and contributes to the nationally recognized online radio show The Price of Business. Additionally, she hosts the podcast Unshackled Leadership: A Lantern for Black Women.

She founded Next Level Publications Group Inc (NLPG), a publishing company dedicated to celebrating and promoting Black literary arts and artists. NLPG is the publisher of KIZA: The Story is Real, a Black literary magazine debuting in January 2024.
Carolyn Malachi

Carolyn Malachi holds a master’s degree in Audio Technology from American University. She is an Avid Certified Dolby Atmos Professional working as a freelance producer, engineer, composer, and film sound editor. As a professor in the Cathy Hughes School of Communications at Howard University, Malachi teaches audio production courses. Her mixed-method research, for which she has received support from the Howard University Center for Women, Gender, and Global Leadership (2023), unites autoethnography and data analyses to develop counter-narrative sonic experiences.
She received a Best Urban Alternative Performance GRAMMY Award nomination for her single "Orion” (2010).
Victoria R. Cooke
PR & MARKETING SPECIALIST
Victoria R. Cooke specializes in public relations, marketing, and strategic communication, with over seven years of industry experience. In her prior role at the Department of Buildings (DOB), she collaborated closely with the Communications and Marketing Manager on all projects, creating campaigns and strategies that allowed the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) to transition into DC's Newest Agencies. Victoria's leadership as Director of Marketing Communications at QLB Consulting and her experience as a consultant and project assistant at ADC Management Solutions highlight her exceptional track record. Victoria received her Associate of Arts in Mass Communications from Prince George's Community College. She has studied Strategic Legal Management Communications at Howard University and is currently studying Mass Communications at the University of Maryland, College Park.
As CEO and Founder of TNL (The Next Level) Agency, Victoria continues to elevate the standards of excellence in public relations and marketing, drawing upon her wealth of industry knowledge and hands-on experience.

Her proficiency in working with government agencies, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, business owners, and start-up companies highlights her adaptability and ability to deliver tailored visuals to meet various needs.
She was instrumental in modernizing our branding and design materials. Dominiqua is also an accomplished multi-medium artist whose work has been displayed in The Baltimore Museum of Art, government buildings, and pop-up art spaces.
